Smart LM CX User Set Up

So we have to go to settings in CX to create a new User for Smart LM to log in as. , As shown below, remembering to use a unique email address that isn’t used for another user within CX;

Once this is saved a verification email will be sent and a password can be created for the user.

Once we have these details they can be entered into SmartLM in settings, under the ‘Extras’ heading on the main dashboard;

Then scroll down and enter the user details in the CX section as required;
